Il Tutto offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within UK - of GBP 5.00 flat rate. All orders are sent via a Royal Mail to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door. Please allow 5-10 working days for your Il Tutto order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on where you live. Il Tutto does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
International Air Mail:
Any orders placed internationally will be sent via Airmail. This will take approximately 6 - 10 working days. Il Tutto offers this method of postage as a less expensive way to receive our product abroad, but does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once delivered. A signature is not obtained using this postal method - therefore if there is any chance your parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise the courier postage method (where is signature is obtained). Please see the table below for delivery rates based on parcel weight.
Express Courier International:
This option is highly recommended if you have a non secure means of receiving your mail, as a signature is required to receive your parcel. This faster service will take approximately 4 - 6, working days. We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery. If no one is present to collect the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office, otherwise it will be redelivered the following day. This procedure varies in different countries. Additional postage costs will apply if package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent. Please see below for delivery rates. Prices do not include relevant overseas duties & customs charges (these vary from country to country) - these will be payable by the customer on receipt.

Returns for faulty items
If you wish to return faulty items, Il Tutto will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:

- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Il Tutto, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Il Tutto will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process
- We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item in its original packaging.
- When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price to you via the same method that you paid for it. (Please include a cheque, money order or credit card details for the de-delivery fee)
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Il Tutto, or delivery note.
