Postage and Delivery:
Il Tutto offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within the UK - of £5.00 flat rate.
All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door. As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box with details on how to organise re-delivery.
Please allow 1-5 working days for your Il Tutto order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which county you live.
If you require express post or courier, this can be arranged for an additional fee by calling ph: +61 1300 725 558.
Il Tutto does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
Any orders placed from Europe will be sent via international courier (DHL or similar). The time it takes per country differs - please see table below for costs and delivery times. Il Tutto endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, natural distasters etc.)

Customer Service Policy
Il Tutto will advise customers within 2 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Il Tutto Guarantee's... that you have ordered a quality product that you will love. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund your money.

Returns for faulty items
If you wish to return faulty items, Il Tutto will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:
- You must notify Il Tutto within 10 days of receiving the item of the flaw or fault by emailing us on email@example.com, and then arrange return of the item to Il Tutto within 10 days of notification.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Il Tutto, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
- If you wish to exchange your item, please make your request clear when contacting Il Tutto
Change of Mind
Please contact us within 14 days by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise address to send and return reference to send with the bag.
Il Tutto will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process
- We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item in its original packaging.
- When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price to you via the same method that you paid for it. (Please include a cheque, money order or credit card details for the de-delivery fee)
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Il Tutto, or delivery note.
